SUMMER STUFF : FROZEN ICEBLOCKS / POPSICLES

Seriously I'm crazy about summer stuff right now, I've been googled about it here and there for the whole day and I've found something really easy to make and perfect for hot weather. I hope you guys enjoy making it.

Ingredients

85 g packet fruit-flavoured jelly crystals
10 -12 plastic iceblock moulds or 100 ml paper cups
10 -12 plastic iceblock sticks or spoons
Makes 10 to 12 ices

Preparation

1 In a bowl, combine the jelly crystals and 1 cup (250 ml) boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Stir in 200 ml cold water.
2 Pour the jelly mixture into the moulds or paper cups and freeze until the iceblocks are almost firm, about 2 hours.
3 Insert an iceblock stick or spoon into the centre of each iceblock. Freeze until firm, 4 to 8 hours.
4 To serve, unmould or tear the paper cup from the iceblock.
For more taste, you guys can add any kind of fruits that you like for more wonderful bites..

I hope you guys enjoy making it. It'll be more great if you can share yours with me
